IMPORTANT
Charges on your credit card will include a $25 jury fee (non refundable). If accepted, a booth deposit of $200 will also be charged to your credit card.

If you are mailing payment, send **two** seperate checks to "Women's Building" - $25 (jury fee) and $200 (booth deposit).

*	If you are applying in Gourmet Food, Candles, or Soap/Body Care, you must submit samples instead
*	Two bank checks or money orders ($25 and $200)
